June is a metalsmith, a New York native, and current Atlanta resident. She has been a crafter all her life, and after taking a beginning jewelry class at the 92Y in NYC, she became hooked on creating and working with metal and stones.
Her current pieces usually start out as a wax carving which is then cast into metal. It's one of her favorite methods of creating and she can get lost in hours of carving. Her style is delicate and classic with the occasional surprise to make each piece unique.
